I just wanted to drop you a line to thank Oasis once again for a super evening. The tent looked spectacular and its black and white theme gave our young guests a great excuse to really dress up for the party. Really helpful set-up from your team – full of good ideas about how best to orientate the tent to make the most of heaters and the predicted snow. In the end everyone was really warm and cosy and the party was very memorable.

Amanda, who took my initial enquiry, was very helpful and understood what I wanted, but unfortunately she went home sick, which would normally mean that I would have to repeat myself and start from the very beginning. However, Mark took over the job seamlessly and was always at the end of an email or the phone when needed. Adam, who installed the drapes was very polite, he was on time, he helped me to move furniture which was blocking his access and he fitted the drapes by himself in a very short time.
Thanks again - everyone that attended the event said how lovely the room looked and they all commented on the dramatic effect the drapes had on the space.
We have loved working with you all over the last few years. The team has always been professional, friendly and able to offer ideas when we have needed them. The on-site team are tidy, polite and friendly - nothing is ever too much trouble if we want something tweaked. I look forward to continuing our working relationship with all at Oasis.
