2011 / Winner: Gloucestershire Business Awards - Small Business of the Year 2011

Oasis has won the Small Business of the Year award at the Gloucestershire Business awards 2011, sponsored by Gloucestershire Chamber of Commerce. Judges described Oasis as innovative, as a business for people "who think outside the box". Turn over and profit are growing The company was started in 1996 as an independent family business dedicated to providing the "wow" factor for any event.

2011 Finalist in the Gloucestershire Women in Business Awards

The finalists for the 2011 Citizen and Gloucestershire Echo Women in Business Awards have been announced. The judges faced a difficult task when they sat down last week to decide the winners from the record 70 entries. The number of categories in the Women in Business Awards has been increased from six to eight to reflect the diverse and varied roles of women in the business world. The winners will be announced at a gala awards evening at the Gold Cup Suite at Cheltenham racecourse on March 30.

Hire Association Europe (HAE) is the leading trade association for hire and rental companies in the UK and Ireland: www.eha.org.uk. The Association is unique in that it brings together the diverse sectors involved in hire; with membership from the tool and equipment, plant, audio visual, catering and leisure sectors and associated suppliers and manufacturers for those sectors.The awards were the Hire Awards of Excellence 2009 . We entered the Award for Excellence in Customer Care.
